Where can I find the deadline to place a pre-order?

Each order page will list individual deadlines. You can also stay up to date through This Week with Signet, our weekly email featuring all upcoming conventions, guests, and deadline updates.

How detailed should my item description be when ordering?

The more detail, the better! Think of it as giving us the full breakdown on your item, such as item type, dimensions, and special features—it makes finding and checking everything so much easier and ensures your order turns out exactly as planned!.

What ink color should I choose?

It’s all up to your preference! Black, silver, and gold paint pens are our most popular choices, but we offer many other options. We recommend choosing a color that contrasts well with the colors in your photo or item for the best results.

What if the pen color I want isn't listed?

While we offer the most popular ink colors, there’s also a write-in option in the ink color section on every order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if we don’t have your chosen color, we’ll use our discretion to se

Can I place an order for multiple signers at a time?

Potentially! You can place orders for multiple guests within the same event. For example, you can combine orders for guests at Emerald City Comic Con, but not with guests from other events like C2E2 in the same cart. This policy helps us maintain cle

Can I specify the signing location for my item?

Yes! When placing your order, you’ll find a field where you can specify the location for the signature and any ordered inscriptions. If you’re sending a personal item, please be sure to label your item accordingly to indicate your preferred signing l

Can I add a character name, personalization, or quote after placing my order?

Yes! Just Contact Us to make edits to your pre-order. We can update your order before the deadline, though please note that some inscriptions come with an additional cost, which we’ll invoice you for when adjusting your order.

What is a “personalization”?

A personalization means the talent will add a message specifically to an individual or group. Examples include: “To Jennifer,” “Happy Birthday Arnold,” “To David and Brian,” or “To The Ramos Family.”

Quotes are limited to 8 words unless otherwise specified on an order page.

What happens if a signer’s pre-orders sell out?

Yes, talent may decline to add specific inscriptions based on their preferences or policies. If this happens, we will process your order without the inscription and refund any associated inscription fees.

What happens to orders if talent cancels their appearance at an event?

If talent cancels their appearance at an event, we will refund all affected orders. Any personal items sent in for signing will be returned; however, return shipping for these items will not be refunded. You’ll be notified as soon as possible with up
