Can I cancel my order?

In some cases, orders can be canceled. However, not all items are eligible, and a 10% cancellation fee applies. Review our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy to see if your order qualifies before reaching out.

Can I return my order?

How do I request a refund?

To start a refund, contact us with your order number and reason for the request. Please note that not all orders are eligible for refunds, so review our Refund Return & Cancellation Policy before contacting us.

What is the refund processing time?

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days once your returned item is received and inspected. If no item was sent (e.g., for a cancellation or eligibility-based refund), the process still takes 5–7 business days from the approval date.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, you'll select "Forgot Your Password?" when logging into your account. This will send you instructions to reset your password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page to reset

How do I update my email address?

To update the email address associated with your account, please Contact Us with your current email address and the new one you'd like to use. Our team will assist you in making the change.

How can I update my shipping address?

For future orders go to your Account Settings and select "View Addresses” on the right side of your profile. You can edit, delete, or add new addresses here. For existing orders, please Contact Us directly to ensure the change applies to your shipmen

Can I save multiple shipping addresses?

Yes, you can save multiple shipping addresses for easier checkout. Go to View Addresses in your account settings to add, edit, or delete saved addresses.

Can I view my order history?

Yes! Your order history is available under the Order History section of your account. Here, you can view details of past orders and check order status.

I don't see my preferred payment method available.

All available payment methods will be listed at checkout. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay and more.

How do I redeem a gift card or promo code?

You can redeem gift cards or promo codes during checkout by entering the code in the designated field. The discount will be applied before you complete the purchase.

What if I didn’t receive my account confirmation or reset password email?

If you haven’t received a confirmation or reset password email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, Contact Us for assistance, and we’ll help ensure you receive the necessary email.

What should I do if I see unauthorized activity on my account?

If you notice any suspicious or unauthorized activity on your account, Contact Us immediately to secure your account and investigate the issue.
