Why does delivery to the personal item address not mean Signet has received the item yet?Updated 6 months ago

We use a UPS store as our shipping address to ensure the security of all incoming personal items. This allows for safe, signed, indoor deliveries six days a week, preventing items from sitting outside or being exposed to the elements. When your tracking indicates delivery, it means the UPS store has received the item, not Signet. You’ll receive a Personal Item Received email once the item has been logged into our system and is in our possession.
