How will I know if you received my personal item?Updated 6 months ago

Once we log your item into our system, you’ll receive a “Personal Item Received” email. During intake, we carefully inspect all items for any noticeable issues—such as creases, tears, dents, or box damage—and we’ll reach out if we find anything concerning.

Please allow up to 5 business days for this process. Don’t assume your item is in our possession just because tracking shows it as delivered—you’ll need to receive the “Personal Item Received” email to confirm. If it’s been more than 5 business days since delivery and you haven’t heard from us, feel free to get in touch!
