When sending in a personal item to be signed, two things are key: labeling it correctly and making sure it reaches us by the deadline. 

Here’s how to keep it simple and worry-free:

Labeling Your Item:

• Your name and order number must be attached to your item (including your shipping address is optional since we have it in your order details).

• Use yellow Post-it sticky notes to label. Neon colors can bleed onto items, and extra-sticky notes may leave residue—so best to avoid them!

• Stick with painter’s tape and use just a bit—just enough to secure the labels.

• Clearly label only what you’ve ordered: pen color, inscriptions, signing location, etc. Please avoid adding any additional requests to your item, as anything not included in your order will be removed.

Mailing Your Item In:

• Pack your item with care using quality shipping materials.

• Keep your tracking number handy—packages can sometimes go on their own little adventures!

• Make sure to send it in time to reach us by the deadline listed on the order page.
